  1. Follow the roadmap

    Complete the milestones named in the signed Plus Outcome Plan. Those milestones are fixed before the programme fee is paid.

  2. Build toward a career

    NooPro supports practical development, career preparation, internship preparation and placement preparation.

  3. Placement

    Placement is the primary career outcome being pursued. A qualifying placement opportunity is a written, paid, full-time employment offer from an independently verified employer, for a role that matches the student's signed Plus Outcome Plan. An interview, a shortlist, or a verbal assurance is not a placement.

  4. If placement is not secured

    If NooPro does not make a qualifying placement opportunity available, a qualifying internship opportunity is made available in the student's official final semester. It is a written offer for real, supervised work from a verified host, with a named supervisor. The standard duration is eight consecutive weeks, unless the signed Plus Outcome Plan states a different duration before payment. An unpaid internship is allowed only when that plan explicitly agrees to it before payment. NooPro does not promise a minimum stipend. The host does not charge the student.

  5. If neither qualifying opportunity is delivered

    If NooPro fails to make either a qualifying placement opportunity or a qualifying internship opportunity available by the agreed Outcome Deadline, despite the student's completion of the disclosed participation requirements, the student is eligible for a full refund of the ₹49,999 programme fee.
