NooPro Plus — Programme Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the NooPro Plus programme (₹49,999). They are in addition to the general Terms & Conditions above. Enrolment is confirmed only after NooPro's review and written approval, and the NooPro Plus Enrolment Agreement issued at approval governs the individual student's programme.

1. What NooPro Plus is

NooPro Plus is a paid, independent education and career support programme. The fee is paid by the student or family to NooPro for guidance and support. NooPro is not an admission agency and does not accept payment from any college, university or institution for recommending it. Enrolment in NooPro Plus does not create any relationship between NooPro and any institution.

2. Who can enrol

NooPro Plus is available only to students who complete NooPro's guidance and review process and are accepted into the programme. Ability to pay the fee does not, by itself, entitle any person to enrol.

3. Approval and eligibility process

Before enrolment, NooPro reviews:

  • The student's current educational situation and academic record.
  • The student's stated goals and course preferences.
  • Practical constraints shared by the student or family.
  • The proposed education pathway and whether NooPro can meaningfully support it.

4. Approval outcome

NooPro may accept the application, decline it, or suggest a different NooPro service. An accepted application is confirmed in writing. That written approval states the confirmed programme start slot, the token amount and the date each payment is due. If an application is declined, no programme fee is payable, and any amount already received for the programme is returned in full.

5. Programme fee and payment structure

The NooPro Plus programme fee is ₹49,999, payable to NooPro only. Nothing is payable while an application is under review. After written approval:

  • A token amount, stated at approval, confirms the student's place in the programme.
  • The balance of the programme fee is payable by the date stated in the written approval, and in every case before the programme begins.
  • The exact amounts, due dates and payment method are set out in the NooPro Plus Enrolment Agreement issued at approval.
  • Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged in addition to or as part of the fee as stated in that agreement and in the invoice.
  • The fee covers NooPro's guidance and support only. It never covers tuition, examination, application or any amount payable to an institution.

6. Pre-admission support

Before admission, NooPro Plus includes:

  • Structured decision support on course, mode of study and pathway.
  • Neutral comparison of the options the student is considering.
  • Eligibility and requirement clarification using published, source-checked information.
  • A written next-step plan.

7. Admission journey support

After approval and enrolment, NooPro supports the student through the admission process for the pathway the student chooses. This may include:

  • Application and form-filling guidance.
  • Document-related guidance.
  • Process and timeline guidance.
  • Support in understanding what the student is being asked to submit or pay.
  • Help identifying confusing or potentially misleading admission communication.
  • Decision support when comparing offers.

8. What admission support does not include

NooPro does not apply on the student's behalf, does not represent the student before any institution, and does not guarantee admission to any college, university or programme. Admission decisions are made solely by the institution.

9. When admission support ends

Admission support ends when the student's enrolment in the chosen programme is completed, or when the student informs NooPro that they are not proceeding with admission for the applicable academic cycle.

10. Post-admission support

After enrolment is completed, NooPro Plus continues with:

  • Education-related decision support during the programme.
  • Academic journey guidance.
  • Course, specialisation and pathway decisions.
  • Career direction and skill planning.
  • Support with major education-related questions that arise during the programme.

11. Applicable programme duration

Post-admission support runs for the normal duration of the academic programme the student enrols in — for example two years for a two-year programme, three years for a three-year programme, and four years for a four-year programme. Support does not extend to repeat years, breaks in study, or programme changes made after enrolment unless NooPro agrees in writing.

12. Placement and career support

Placement and career support under NooPro Plus means:

  • Career direction and role-fit guidance.
  • Preparation guidance for applications and interviews.
  • Guidance on internships and skill building.
  • Support in evaluating opportunities the student receives.

13. Placement is not guaranteed

NooPro does not guarantee a job, an internship, a salary level, or placement with any specific employer. Placement outcomes depend on the student's own performance and participation, the academic institution, and prevailing market conditions.

14. 80% refund provision — what it is

Where a student has met the placement-support requirements set out in the NooPro Plus Enrolment Agreement and has still not secured an eligible outcome within the period stated in that agreement, the student may qualify for a refund of 80% of the programme fee paid to NooPro. This is a conditional refund provision, not a job guarantee and not an unconditional money-back guarantee. The refund applies only to the NooPro programme fee — never to tuition, examination or any amount paid to an institution.

15. Refund eligibility conditions

The 80% refund provision applies only where the eligibility requirements set out in the student's NooPro Plus Enrolment Agreement are met. Those requirements are shared in writing before enrolment and cover matters such as:

  • Continued enrolment and completion of the academic programme.
  • Participation in the placement-support process NooPro provides.
  • Timely response to NooPro's communication during that process.
  • Accuracy of the information and documents the student provides.
  • The programme fee being paid in accordance with the enrolment agreement.
  • The applicable placement period, the definition of an eligible outcome, and the claim and payout process stated in that agreement.

16. Where the refund does not apply

The refund provision does not apply where the eligibility requirements in the enrolment agreement are not met. Typical examples include:

  • The student declined an eligible opportunity supported by NooPro.
  • The student discontinued the academic programme.
  • The student did not participate in the placement-support process.
  • Information or documents provided were inaccurate or incomplete.
  • The student chose further study, self-employment or a career break instead of placement.
  • The programme was ended because of a breach of these terms.

17. Student responsibilities

Participation in NooPro Plus depends on the student meeting the following responsibilities. Failure to meet them may affect the support NooPro can provide and eligibility under clauses 14 to 16.

  • Provide accurate and complete information about academics, finances and preferences.
  • Ensure all documents submitted are genuine and current.
  • Respond to NooPro's communication within the agreed timeframes.
  • Attend scheduled sessions or reschedule them in advance.
  • Participate in the placement-support process as set out in the enrolment agreement.
  • Pay the programme fee in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
  • Make their own final decisions on admission, course and career.

18. Scope limitations

NooPro Plus is a guidance and support programme. It is not legal, financial, immigration or medical advice. NooPro does not process admissions, collect institutional fees, arrange loans or handle visas, and does not act as an agent for any institution or employer.

19. Withdrawal and cancellation

A student may withdraw from NooPro Plus by written notice before the programme begins. Where such a withdrawal is accepted:

  • The amount refunded is the amount paid, less GST at 18% charged on the payment, and less a guidance charge of ₹999 for the guidance already provided.
  • Once the programme has begun, the programme fee is not refundable on withdrawal.
  • The 80% placement provision in clauses 14 to 16 is separate from withdrawal and does not apply to a student who withdraws.

20. Circumstances beyond NooPro's control

NooPro is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including changes in institutional or regulatory policy, examination or admission schedule changes, natural events, or disruption of communication or public services.

21. Other limitations

Educational and career decisions remain the responsibility of the student and family. NooPro's total liability under NooPro Plus is limited to the programme fee actually received from the student. These terms may be updated; the version issued with the student's enrolment agreement governs that student's programme.

22. The NooPro Plus Enrolment Agreement

The Enrolment Agreement is the binding contract for an individual student's programme. These public terms are a summary of the programme's scope, process and key conditions.

  • The agreement is prepared for each approved student individually and issued privately after written approval.
  • It is not published on this website, is not available at a public address, and is not made available to search engines.
  • It records the confirmed programme slot, the token amount, each payment due date, the placement-support requirements, the eligible-outcome definition, and the refund claim and payout process.
  • No programme fee is payable until the student has received and accepted their agreement.
  • Where these public terms and a student's signed Enrolment Agreement differ, the signed agreement governs that student's programme.
